About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call customers using the data provided by the company.
2. Explain our daily-delivery subscription app.
3. Help customers subscribe to our dairy and food products
4. Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper call records.
5. Provide friendly and professional customer support.

Daily performance expectations:

1. Approximately 100 customer leads will be provided every day.
2. Target: Minimum 5% conversion- around 5 subscriptions per day.
3. Identify and record approximately 50% of customers as interested prospects.
4. Incentives will be calculated based on conversions, interested leads and overall performance.

Customer Acquisition Customer Support Email Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Sales Support

Other requirements

1. Any degree.

2. Good Tamil communication skills.

3. Basic English communication is preferred.
