About the job

Sales, at its core, is about one thing: generating revenue for the company by solving real business problems for clients. This role is designed for individuals who understand that in any professional sales environment, achieving defined revenue targets is the primary and most important responsibility.

From day 1, you are expected to embrace the hustle of outbound sales prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, rejections, and consistent target chasing. This is a hardcore, performance-driven sales role, and success is measured by measurable revenue outcomes. This clarity ensures transparency, fairness, and high growth opportunities for those who perform.

Performance evaluation period (first 3 months):

The first three (3) months will be treated as a structured performance evaluation period focused primarily on outbound sales.

During this phase:

A. Outbound cold calling and self-generated revenue are mandatory
B. Minimum expectation:
1. 2 qualified closures per week ( 40,000+ ticket size recommended)
2. 2,00,000 monthly revenue target
3. At least 90% achievement of 2L monthly revenue is required

C. Performance will be reviewed weekly under the structured flag framework
D. This phase is designed to fairly evaluate:
1. Sales consistency
2. Revenue generation ability
3. Discipline and ownership
4. Long-term suitability for higher responsibilities

Weekly performance flag system (during evaluation period):

Green flag - strong performance:
1. Weekly and revenue benchmarks met
2. Salary, incentives, and perks remain applicable
3. Indicates readiness for growth

Orange flag - improvement required:
1. Around 50% of the weekly closure target was achieved
2. Immediate improvement expected next week
3. Two consecutive Orange Flags may escalate to Blue

Blue flag - monitoring & performance support phase:
1. Revenue benchmarks not achieved
2. Fixed salary and perks may be paused
3. Engagement may transition temporarily into an incentive-only/commission-based structure (with higher earning potential)
4. Two consecutive Blue Flags may escalate to Red

Red flag - exit consideration:
1. Continued underperformance despite monitoring
2. May trigger exit from the role and organization

Early Review Clause:

The 3-month evaluation review may be initiated earlier if:
1. 2 consecutive zero-closure weeks occur
2. 2 consecutive low-performance months occur
3. 2 consecutive months of unachieved revenue targets occur

Key Responsibilities:

A. Revenue generation & outbound sales:
1. Generate revenue through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
2. Prospect, qualify, and close deals independently
3. Own the entire sales cycle from first contact to closure
4. Maintain disciplined follow-ups and pipeline activity

B. Market research & lead generation:
1. Identify target industries and decision-makers
2. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
3. Identify new revenue opportunities

C. Client engagement & sales conversion:
1. Understand the client's business needs
2. Present customized IT and digital solutions
3. Deliver sales presentations and product demos
4. Secure new contracts

D. Relationship management:
1. Build professional relationships with business owners and CXOs
2. Coordinate internally for smooth onboarding

E. Sales target achievement:
1. Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
2. Maintain strong pipeline discipline

F. CRM & reporting:
1. Maintain accurate CRM records
2. Weekly and monthly performance reports

Post Successful 3-Month Performance Phase: Upon consistent performance and meeting revenue benchmarks:

1. Access to CRM systems will be provided
2. Warm leads and inbound sales opportunities will be assigned
