Upskillab is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as business development associates (BDA). This opportunity is suitable for freshers who want to start and grow their careers in sales, business development, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with prospective learners through calls and follow-ups.
2. Understand their career goals and learning requirements.
3. Recommend suitable Upskillab programs based on their needs.
4. Explain program features, benefits, and career outcomes effectively.
5. Handle queries and objections professionally.
6. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
7. Work towards assigned enrollment and sales targets.
8. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Compensation & career opportunity:

1. Selected candidates will undergo a 2-month probation period with a stipend of Rs 12,000 per month.
2. Upon successful completion of the probation period, candidates can receive a CTC of up to Rs 5 LPA, comprising Rs 3 LPA fixed + Rs 2 LPA performance-based incentives, subject to applicable performance and employment terms.

Other requirements

1. Are graduates/postgraduates in BBA, MBA, BTech, BCA, MCA, BCom, BA, BSc or other streams.

3. Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Are confident and comfortable communicating with prospective learners over calls.

5. Are energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

6. Are interested in building a career in sales & business development.

7. Can work on-site from Sector 63, Noida.

8. Can join immediately or at the earliest.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year
