Business Development Executive - Energy in Kochi, India

Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying and developing new customer accounts in the Industrial, Transportation, and Energy sectors. The role requires strong experience in engineering services, embedded systems, or product engineering, along with the ability to build strategic relationships with OEMs and technology companies. The candidate will be responsible for account acquisition, opportunity creation, and revenue generation by positioning the company's engineering and technology capabilities to global customers.

New Business Development

Identify and acquire new customer accounts in the Industrial, Transportation, and Energy sectors.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for engineering services and product development programs.

Promote company capabilities in electronics design, embedded systems, power electronics, and mechanical engineering.

Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers.

Manage RFQs, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations.

Ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
