Job Title: Team Lead - Student Counselors Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of student counselors to ensure high-quality student
engagement and admissions support.
Develop and implement strategies to improve student conversions and maximize enrollment
rates.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's counseling, sales, and customer
service skills.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling programs and suggest improvements
based on data insights.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and academic teams to align counseling strategies with
business objectives.
Ensure that student inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level
of customer satisfaction.
Set and track performance metrics for the team, providing feedback and support to meet
targets.
Address escalated student concerns and provide solutions to enhance the overall student
experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine counseling approaches.

Experience in the Edutech Industry is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related
field.
2+ years of experience in student counseling, sales, or a related domain, with at least 1 year
in a leadership role.
Familiarity with EdTech platforms and online learning trends.
