This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies for business growth. You will lead strategic planning, negotiate partnerships, and track market trends to drive revenue and profitability. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to align business initiatives with company goals and ensure client satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management
Strategic Planning and Market Research skills to identify growth opportunities and analyze industry trends
Experience in Customer Relationship Management and networking to build sustained client partnerships
Knowledge of Digital Transformation domains such as ERP, Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity, Automation, and SaaS
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Proven experience in business development roles, preferably in technology or digital solutions
Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant business development software
