Business Development Executive (Sales Account Executive) in Sānand, भारत

Key Responsibilities
Achieve revenue and order value targets as per the defined business plan.
Drive revenue growth compared with the previous period and identify opportunities for continuous business expansion.
Manage key customer accounts and ensure a high account retention rate .
Develop strong customer relationships and increase wallet share within existing accounts.
Prepare and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers and ensure adherence to agreed objectives.
Identify opportunities for introducing and placing new SKUs with existing and new customers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
Ensure high order fulfilment rates , order accuracy, and adherence to committed delivery timelines.
Monitor and improve order processing TAT from order receipt to dispatch/fulfilment.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of commercial quotations .
Respond to customer queries promptly and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
Monitor customer escalations and work towards minimizing the number and recurrence of escalations .
Track customer business performance, identify gaps against targets, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Purchase, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer servicing.
Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales pipeline, customer development, and achievement against KPIs.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and expanding the company's product portfolio within existing accounts.

Experience & Qualification

• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field .
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, key account management, business development, or channel management.
• Experience in managing institutional/key accounts and achieving measurable revenue targets will be preferred.
• Experience in the water purifier, water treatment, consumer durables, electrical, appliances, or related industry will be an added advantage.
