About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and research prospective clients across target industries.
2. Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
3. Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and qualify potential opportunities.
4. Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
5. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
6. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
7. Track daily and weekly performance metrics, including calls, meetings, and qualified leads.

Other requirements

1. 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales Development.

3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

4. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients.

5. Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
