About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and reach out to potential partner organizations across Bengaluru.
2. Make outbound calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and email introductions.
3. Engage with HR teams, community managers, principals, college coordinators, gym and studio owners, and business owners.
4. Schedule meetings, demos, and HappySoul sessions for the founder.
5. Follow up consistently until opportunities move forward or are closed.
6. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up trackers.
7. Attend selected meetings, events, and HappySoul sessions.
8. Coordinate with venues and participants before sessions.
9. Build relationships with existing partners and identify repeat-business opportunities.
10. Support community engagement and participant follow-ups.
11. Gradually learn the HappySoul session format and support or facilitate sessions where appropriate.

Other requirements

Students or graduates from psychology, HR, marketing, business, communications, social work or related backgrounds are welcome, but attitude and ownership matter more than the degree.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 50,000 /year
