About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle provided leads and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and tele-sales.
2. Pitch services such as business registration, taxation, GST, accounting, and other business compliance solutions.
3. Understand client requirements, explain suitable services, and convert prospects into paying customers.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups, handle client queries, and maintain lead records and sales reports.
5. Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets while ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience.
