About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with potential customers through calls and other communication channels to understand their needs and career goals.
2. Explain the company's programs, features, and benefits to prospective customers and help them make informed decisions.
3. Follow up with leads, address queries, handle objections, and guide prospects through the sales process.
4. Build positive relationships with potential customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress using CRM tools.
6. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.
