About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Conversion: Initiate outbound connections with potential leads generated through marketing campaigns via cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
2. Educational Counseling: Act as an academic consultant by identifying the specific learning needs of students, mapping them to our courses, and conducting impactful product demonstrations.
3. End-to-End Sales Closure: Manage the complete sales pipeline from first contact, overcoming customer objections, to final payment collection and onboarding.
4. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve individual daily talk-time metrics and monthly gross revenue targets.
5. Relationship Building: Build a strong rapport with parents and prospective buyers to foster long-term customer trust and generate organic referrals.

1. Experience: 0 to 2 years of proven experience in hardcore inside sales, direct sales, or business development. Experience in EdTech, BFSI, Telecom, or high-velocity B2C sales is a major advantage.

2. Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.

3. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

4. Proficiency in local languages (Kannada and Hindi for Bengaluru / Tamil for Chennai) is highly desirable to build a local connection.

5. Mindset: High resilience, target-driven attitude, and ability to handle intense market rejection.

6. Logistics: Willingness to work on a rotational roster, including weekends (Saturdays & Sundays are critical business days in EdTech)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹28,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 - 9,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,50,000 - 5,50,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
