About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
2. Lead Generation: Generate leads through calls, field visits, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
3. Client Acquisition: Approach potential customers, business partners, and relevant organizations to develop new business relationships.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
5. Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
6. Market Research: Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
7. Follow-ups and Negotiations: Follow up with potential clients, address queries, negotiate business terms, and convert leads into successful business.
8. Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and branch operations to ensure smooth customer handling and business execution.
9. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, sales performance, and business development activities.
10. Field Activities: Visit prospective clients and business locations whenever required to explore new opportunities and strengthen business relationships.
