About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential US clients for staffing services.2. Lead Generation: Find new business opportunities through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and cold calling/emailing.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and decision-makers.
4. Requirements Gathering: Understand client hiring needs, job descriptions, skill sets, and hiring timelines.
5. Rate Negotiation: Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and contract terms with clients and vendors.
6. Vendor Management: Build relationships with implementation partners, prime vendors, and staffing agencies.
7. Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
8. Follow-ups: Track submissions, interviews, placements, and client feedback.
