About the job

As a Business Development Associate at Overseas Commerce Gurukul, you'll help build prospective relationships, support outreach, and keep business development activities moving through clear communication and thoughtful follow-up.

1. Research prospective contacts and organizations, organize findings, and maintain accurate records for outreach.
2. Draft and send clear, professional messages that introduce Overseas Commerce Gurukul and encourage meaningful conversations.
3. Speak with prospective contacts in fluent, confident English, listen to their needs, and share relevant information accurately.
4. Follow up with contacts by phone, email, or other approved channels, tracking responses and agreed next steps.
5. Support digital marketing activities by preparing or coordinating outreach content for relevant online channels.
6. Monitor engagement with digital campaigns and outreach, summarize results, and suggest practical improvements.
7. Coordinate meetings and share timely updates with colleagues to help ensure prospects receive consistent communication.

Probation:
