Educational Qualification A bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (preference given to candidates from a commerce, marketing, or business background). NISM Certification is a plus. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up processes across various platforms, including social media outreach and engagement channels.
• Lead generation, data management, lead conversion, cold out reach.
• Execute data management tasks by maintaining accurate and up-to-date lead pipelines while ensuring consistent performance tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business marketing initiatives with overall sales goals.
• Engage with high-potential clients, providing tailored solutions and maintaining strong working relationships through excellent customer engagement skills.
• Plan and execute strategic pipeline planning activities to ensure a consistent flow of quality leads and customer interactions.
• Manage conflicts effectively by employing conflict resolution techniques to maintain positive client and internal stakeholder relationships.

• Experience in business development or client acquisition within the financial services or investment banking domain.
• Strong proficiency in social media outreach platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook with an ability to generate leads and enhance engagement.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage customer engagement effectively.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals through cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in using data management tools to maintain accurate records, track performance, and generate insights for business improvements.
• Comfortable handling the legislation-related queries and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in business processes.

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics tools to assess campaign performance and ROI.
• Ability to create compelling content for social media marketing campaigns.
• Basic understanding of investment banking terminologies and processes to enable better communication with technical teams.
• Fluency in a second language, especially if it is advantageous for client interactions in international markets.
