About the job

This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in sales, business communication, and customer relationship management.

Key responsibilities:

A. Lead Generation:
1. Identify potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
2. Generate and maintain a database of prospective clients.
3. Conduct initial outreach calls and follow-ups to introduce company products.

B. Product Introduction:
1. Explain company software solutions, hardware products, and touch screen kiosks to potential clients.
2. Understand basic customer requirements and business needs.
3. Schedule online and on-site product demos with the technical team when required.

C. Customer Communication:
1. Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
2. Maintain professional communication with potential clients.
3. Support the sales team in follow-ups and deal conversion.

D. Sales Support & Reporting:
1. Maintain lead and sales data in Excel or CRM tools.
2. Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and follow-ups.
3. Assist senior sales executives in achieving monthly sales targets.

C. Relationship Management:
1. Build positive relationships with customers.
2. Ensure timely follow-up and proper coordination with internal teams.
