About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential students/learners through calls and other communication channels.

  • Understand their educational and career requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.

  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into enrollments.

  • Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities to prospective students.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead information in the CRM.

  • Achieve individual and team-based sales targets.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with prospective students.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, EdTech Sales, or a related field.

  • Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales are welcome.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

  • Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.

  • Willingness to work from the Gurugram, Harayana office.
