Key responsibilities:
1. Generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying potential business opportunities.
2. Engaging in presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively with clients, and contributing to achieving Urban Company's growth objectives.
3. Hiring Technicians and Freshers for repair jobs on the platform.
4. Cold calling, Partner management, and Onboarding
This is a full-time, on-site role for a business development associate based in Kochi.1.

Other requirements

A. The candidate should be:

1. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver impactful presentations

2. Proficiency in lead generation and market research to identify new opportunities

3. Strong communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships

4. Self-motivated individual with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

5. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

6. Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is advantageous

7. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work collaboratively with a team in the technology, information, and internet industry

B. 9-month contract role.

C. Salary: 23k-28k in hand + PF

D. Monday to Saturday. (9.30 AM to 8.30 PM) (Mandatory)

E. Work from the office. (Kochi, Kerala)

F. Laptop Required.

G. Should be comfortable in Malayalam and English
