About the job

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Associates to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build their careers in B2B sales, fintech, digital rewards, and corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential corporate clients, fintech companies, banks, and business partners.
2. Generate business leads through LinkedIn, online research, cold calling, and email campaigns.
3. Connect with prospective clients and introduce GiftM's products and services.
4. Schedule business meetings and coordinate with senior management.
5. Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
6. Follow up with potential clients to develop business opportunities.
7. Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
8. Maintain accurate lead records and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
10. Work towards assigned lead-generation and business-development targets.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
