About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, referrals, and other channels to promote SkillOrbit's training and internship programs.
2. Make daily calls to prospective students, working professionals, and other potential customers to explain available programs and career opportunities.
3. Understand prospects' educational backgrounds, career goals, skill gaps, and training requirements to recommend suitable programs.
4. Explain course features, curriculum, internship opportunities, certifications, pricing, and career benefits to prospective learners.
5. Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to address queries, overcome objections, and move leads toward enrollment.
6. Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments by clearly communicating program value, addressing concerns, and guiding prospects through the registration and payment process.
7. Work toward assigned daily targets for calls, qualified leads, follow-ups, counseling sessions, and successful enrollments.
8. Maintain accurate lead records, update call outcomes and follow-up schedules, and submit daily sales activity and performance reports.
9. Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on campaign-generated leads, share customer feedback, and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
10. Monitor competing EdTech programs, pricing, market trends, and learner preferences to identify opportunities for improving sales performance.
11. Maintain professional relationships with prospective and enrolled learners, ensuring timely responses to queries and a positive enrollment experience.
12. Review sales performance, identify reasons for lost leads, and plan the next day's calling, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
