About the job

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales and student acquisition team. The role involves handling student leads, conducting follow-ups, generating new leads, converting prospects into
enrollments, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow up with students through WhatsApp, phone calls and other communication channels
2. Handle and convert inbound student leads into enrollments
3. Generate new leads through outreach and other lead-generation activities
4. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable VULANCE programs
5. Manage the complete lead-to-enrollment sales cycle
6. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested, pending and inactive leads
7. Create and manage WhatsApp groups for students, batches and prospects
8. Coordinate with students during the enrollment and onboarding process
9. Maintain daily sales and lead records in Google Sheets
10. Manage and regularly update the employee/sales portal
11. Track lead status, follow-up dates, conversions and pending payments
12. Achieve the monthly sales target of 1,00,000+
13. Prepare basic daily/weekly sales updates for the reporting manager

Who can apply

Other requirements

Any graduate with minimum of 3 To 6 months of experience can apply.

After completing 4 months internship, will be offered a full-time opportunity with a salary ranging from ₹4.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA, based on performance and organisational requirements.

3–6 months of experience in sales or business development, preferably in an EdTech or education company

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up abilities

Comfortable speaking with students and parents over phone and WhatsApp

Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel and online portals

Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously

Good organisational and time-management skills

Comfortable communicating in at least 2 languages from: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada

Hindi-speaking candidates will be given preference

Fluency in any combination of two of the listed languages is acceptable
