About the job

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth for UnBubble.
2. Identify and acquire new B2B customers across e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, retail, and packaging industries.
3. Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, field visits, and other channels.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
5. Present UnBubble's sustainable packaging solutions to potential customers and understand their packaging requirements.
6. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, negotiate deals, and follow up to convert leads into paying customers.
7. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
8. Support marketing campaigns, brand promotion, and digital marketing initiatives.
9. Track sales performance, maintain customer databases, and prepare regular progress reports.
10. Collaborate with the operations and product teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
11. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to UnBubble's mission of replacing conventional plastic packaging with sustainable alternatives.
