About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Find and research potential leads through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, online directories, etc.)
2. Work on targeted leads provided by the company along with self-sourced leads
3. Reach out to leads through email, WhatsApp, calls and other channels
4. Write and send personalised outreach messages and follow-ups
5. Build and maintain lead lists and track responses in Excel/CRM
6. Engage with interested prospects, answer basic queries and schedule calls/meetings
7. Meet daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets
8. Share regular progress reports with the team

Note:

1. Targeted leads will be provided by the company, and complete training will be given
2. No prior experience needed
3. Attractive incentives on top of a fixed salary - high performers can earn up to Rs 50,000 in incentives per month
