Key responsibilities:
1. Deal Closure Target: 12 Deals
a. Must close a minimum of 12 qualified deals during the year.
b. Bonus eligibility increases if target is exceeded (e.g., 15+ deals = higher tier bonus).
2. Client Outreach Activity
Maintain consistent outreach (e.g., 50-100 emails; 20-30 calls per day).
3. Social Media Campaign Accuracy
Maintain >95% accuracy in planning and executing social media campaigns
