About the job

We're looking for a hungry, driven business development associate to join our sales team and help more businesses move to digital as we grow. This is not a sales job where you just take orders. We're looking for a hunter, someone who likes reaching out to people they don't know, building relationships from the ground up, and getting a real thrill from closing deals. Your job is to find businesses that need a digital presence or an upgrade, figure out what they need, and help them through the whole process, from the first conversation to signing the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation and prospecting: Identify and contact businesses that need a new or better website before they know they need one.
2. Cold outreach: Dial a lot, email a lot, and connect with a lot of people on LinkedIn.
3. Needs assessment: Determine what the client needs and what the best solution for them is, whether it's a starter website or a custom e-commerce solution.
4. Full-cycle sales: Be responsible for the entire sales process, from the initial pitch to the signing of the contract and payment of the deposit.
5. Pipeline management: Be in control of everything and move the opportunities through the pipeline on a regular basis.

Work schedule & perks:

1. Work from home.
2. Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST).
3. Saturday & Sunday off.
4. Training provided on web platforms (WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce).
5. Direct growth path into senior and leadership roles.

Other requirements

4. Basic knowledge of web/digital platforms is a plus, but we'll train the right person.

5. Freshers with high drive are welcome to apply.

6. Candidates must be fluent in speaking and understanding Malayalam.
