About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and build prospect lists of founders, CMOs, marketing heads, and agency owners.
2. Run cold outreach on LinkedIn, email, and phone to book meetings with decision-makers.
3. Write personalized, persuasive messages that get replies.
4. Follow up consistently and keep the pipeline organized in our CRM or tracker.
5. Join meetings with the founder, take notes, and own the next steps.
6. Handle day-to-day communication with partners on calls, email, and WhatsApp.
7. Keep documents, quotes, and timelines on track.

Other requirements

1. 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, SDR/BDR work, agency client servicing or a similar role.

2. Proven cold-outreach experience, especially reaching senior decision makers.

3. Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.

4. Confident and presentable at in-person meetings and events.

5. Organized, with strong follow-up discipline. Nothing slips through the cracks.

6. Comfortable with rejection, persistent and self-driven.

7. Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and a CRM.
