Key Responsibilities:

A. Customer Interaction and Assistance:
1. Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs.
2. Provide product information and recommendations based on customer preferences.
3. Conduct demo-cum counseling sessions and convert them to sales.

B. Sales and Revenue Generation:
1. Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products.
2. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.

C. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
1. Properly conduct demo sessions and explain the importance of public speaking course.
2. Close deals on the spot in the session itself.

D. Customer Service:
1. Address customer concerns and complaints, offering resolutions in a timely manner.
2. Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

E. Collaboration: Work closely with other sales teams and associates to achieve monthly targets.

Targets to be Achieved:

1. 3x your salary would be your monthly target, i.e., Rs. 60,000 has to be achieved on a monthly basis.
2. Revenue parameters and targets needs to be achieved as per the company's requirements.

Working Days and Hours:

1. Tuesday to Friday: 12 pm to 10 pm
2. Saturdays & Sundays: 10 am to 10 pm
3. Monday: Fixed off.

Salary: 2.4 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives (Depending on Target Completion).

The role is essential for driving the company's revenue by providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring that you meet your own monthly target.
