About the job

We are looking for a high-intent professional to guide prospective students and understand their career goals. The primary focus is on driving enrollments through a blend of counseling and sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and helping students make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and demos.
2. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
3. Clearly explain program features, curriculum, fees, and outcomes.
4. Convert high-intent leads by building trust and rapport.
5. Guide students through the end-to-end admission process.
6. Assist with documentation, fee payments, and onboarding.
7. Ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to enrollment.
8. Maintain CRM data and follow up consistently to maximize conversions.
9. Track call volumes, follow-ups, demo attendance, and closures.
