About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive new parent inquiries, assessments, admissions, and revenue for the Rohini center.
2. Build strong referral relationships with pediatricians, developmental specialists, preschools, schools, and parent communities.
3. Drive the adoption of MDAS (Mayrah Development Assessment System) through screenings, camps, and institutional partnerships.
4. Build a qualified database and referral ecosystem for the upcoming Noida center before launch.
5. Plan and execute parent awareness programs, developmental screening camps, and community outreach.
6. Track leads, conversions, admissions, revenue, and referral performance through a structured CRM

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year
