About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new school and preschool leads in the assigned territory.
2. Visit schools and meet school owners, principals, coordinators and management teams.
3. Understand the school's requirements and recommend suitable Educare24 solutions.
4. Present and demonstrate products such as: Creative Arc - Experiential Learning Kits, My Learning Curve - Pre-Primary Books, Admission Kits, Interactive Digital Panels & Digital Content, Teacher Training & Capacity Building
5. Conduct product demonstrations, meetings, and presentations.
6. Generate quotations and follow up with prospective schools.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
8. Build long-term relationships with schools and generate repeat business.
9. Participate in school events, exhibitions, PTMs and education expos.
10. Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update the CRM or lead tracker.

Other requirements

Prior experience in school sales, education, publishing, ed-tech, FMCG or B2B sales would be an advantage.
