Key responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming leads through calls,
2. WhatsApp and other customer channels
3. Understand customer requirements such as location, budget and move-in date
4. Suggest suitable PG/co-living options
5. Schedule and coordinate property visits
6. Follow up after visits and drive bookings
7. Maintain lead status and updates in CRM/Google Sheets
