About the job

We're looking for a driven Business Development Associate to own FlashSpace's outbound sales pipeline. You'll be the first voice prospects hear, taking them from cold outreach to a signed deal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and reach out to prospective clients (startups, SMEs, D2C sellers, freelancers) through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
2. Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals for virtual office, coworking, and business setup services.
3. Book and conduct demos, site visits, and client meetings.
4. Build post-onboarding client relationships to drive referrals and upsells.
5. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, lead status, and deal progress in the CRM.
6. Understand client workspace and compliance needs and position relevant FlashSpace solutions (virtual offices, coworking, GST registration, compliance).
7. Hit monthly revenue and activity targets (calls, meetings, conversions).
8. Collaborate with marketing and operations to refine outreach messaging and sales funnel.
9. Submit regular updates on pipeline health, outreach activity, and conversion metrics.

1. Based in Delhi or willing to relocate immediately at one's own expense.

2. Are available for full-time, in-office work.

3. Available to work Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

4. Can start between 2nd Sep '26 and 7th Oct '26.

5. Graduate in any discipline with 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,50,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 50,000 /year
