Role: Business Development Associate

Do you get a genuine kick out of turning a cold "Who are you?" into a warm "When can we start?" Is your LinkedIn network active, engaging, and constantly growing? If you’re a natural connector who loves the thrill of uncovering new business, enjoys getting into the weeds of client needs, and refuses to let a promising lead fall through the cracks, we want you on our growth team.

We’re looking for a dynamic, high-energy Business Development Associate with 2–3 years of experience in the B2B space to help us expand our client footprint.

About The Company

The team is driven by a “think before we build” philosophy, ensuring every event is purposeful and memorable.

Role Overview

As our Business Development Associate, you will be the tip of the spear for our revenue engine. You won't just be running boilerplate email blasts; you’ll be out in the field—virtually and physically—building relationships, qualifying prospects, attending discovery meetings, gathering client briefs, and holding the reins on persistent follow-ups until deals cross the finish line.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Execute multi-channel lead gen strategies (LinkedIn social selling, cold outreach, event networking, inbound qualification) to keep a healthy pipeline of target accounts.
Meeting Scheduling & Execution: Lock in prospecting calls with key decision-makers, prepare tailored context, and lead initial discovery conversations.
Requirement Gathering & Pitches: Dig deep during client meetings to uncover pain points, collect project briefs/requirements, and collaborate on pitch strategy.
Flawless Follow-Ups: Own post-meeting engagement. Maintain timely, value-add touchpoints to guide prospects through the decision-making cycle.
Networking & Field Presence: Represent the brand at industry conferences, local meetups, and networking events to unearth organic partnerships.
Pipeline Hygiene: Keep our CRM pristine—tracking touchpoints, deal stages, client feedback, and follow-up timelines.

The Ideal Candidate

What we're looking for

B2B Experience

2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development roles.

Lead Gen Toolkit

Proven exposure across varied outreach channels (LinkedIn outreach, email sequence tools, phone, and face-to-face networking).

Discovery Skills

Active listener who knows how to ask sharp, insightful questions to draw out what a prospective client actually needs.

Follow-Through & Grit

Hyper-organized, persistent with follow-ups, and resilient in the face of long sales cycles or initial pushback.

What You’ll Gain

Direct Growth Impact: Real ownership of lead-to-opportunity flows—your success directly moves the company needle.
Client Exposure: Direct access to founders, executives, and decision-makers across industries.
Autonomy to Experiment: Freedom to test new pitch angles, outreach channels, and engagement strategies.
Performance Rewards: Competitive base salary paired with strong commission/bonus incentives for closed deals and pipeline targets.

Note to Applicants: Business development isn't just about polished presentations—it's 10% pitching and 90% listening, persistence, and flawless follow-up. If you bring the hustle and curiosity, we’ll provide the platform to scale.
