Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and industry events .
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead conversion.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business requirements and communicate BigMint’s value proposition.
Develop customised solutions in collaboration with internal teams to address prospective client needs.
Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
Track industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets .
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights.
Travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or related roles.
MBA/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to drive lead conversion and revenue growth.
Good understanding of market dynamics and B2B sales processes .
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools .
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to market research, price reporting, or market intelligence will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
