As a Business Development Associate at Adex Media Hub, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in English proficiency (spoken and written), negotiations, B2B sales, lead generation, cold calling, customer acquisition, and sales strategy to drive our business forward.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new B2B customers through lead generation and cold calling techniques.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and pitch materials.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
5. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients to showcase our services and solutions.
6. Utilize your negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
7. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth for the company.

3. Prior experience in cold calling and lead conversion is an advantage.

4. Comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers.

5. Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets and incentives.
