About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
2. Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs, educate them on our products/services, and identify sales opportunities.
3. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting efforts to schedule qualified sales demos.
4. Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and emails while adhering to established quality and productivity metrics.
5. Keep abreast of product/service updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
6. Create and maintain a database of prospective customers, including accurate records of interactions and lead status.
7. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and optimize sales pipeline efficiency.
8. Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets and KPIs.
9. Maintain CRM with accurate, up-to-date call records and lead statuses for transparency and tracking.

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Industry, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2. Strong understanding of domestic & international markets and willingness to conduct extensive market research.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Basic IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, exposure to popular meeting tools and CRM systems.

5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

7. Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred) and sales processes.
