We are looking for a proactive, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience who is interested in sales, startups, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Research and identify potential customers, target accounts, and new business opportunities.
Build, organize, and maintain a database of qualified leads using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
Engage with prospects, understand their basic business needs, and qualify opportunities.
Schedule qualified meetings, product/service demos, and discovery calls for the sales or founding team.
Maintain CRM/Google Sheets records and ensure lead activity, follow-ups, and outcomes are updated regularly.
Conduct basic market, customer, and competitor research to identify opportunities and improve outreach.
Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and LinkedIn.
prior internship or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Hands-on experience in sales and business development.
Practical learning in lead generation, prospecting, outreach, qualification, negotiation, and client acquisition.
Performance-based growth opportunities and increasing responsibility based on results.
