We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and engage potential customers, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline across global markets.
The role involves outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to create new business opportunities. Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and industry events
Engage prospects and identify potential business opportunities
Lead Qualification & Sales Development
Work closely with Account Executives to qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings
Contribute to business development and sales targets
CRM Management & Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Track outreach, follow-ups, and lead progression
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRM platforms effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
