Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from various stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and project management teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for business users and technical teams.
• Support the testing phase by reviewing test cases and verifying solutions against requirements.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of application solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile development environment.

Required Qualifications

• M.B.A., B.E., or B.Tech. degree.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an IT App Development or software services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to document requirements effectively using various methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, CSPO).
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with data modeling, database concepts, and system integration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating consensus.
