You will play a key part in understanding business challenges, eliciting requirements, and translating them into actionable specifications for our development teams to create impactful applications. Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from various stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and project management teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and recommend improvements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
Serve as a primary point of contact for business users and technical teams.
Support the testing phase by reviewing test cases and verifying solutions against requirements.
Contribute to the design and implementation of application solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile development environment.
Required Qualifications
M.B.A., B.E., or B.Tech. degree.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an IT App Development or software services environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to document requirements effectively using various methodologies and tools.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, CSPO).
Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with data modeling, database concepts, and system integration.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating consensus.
