Spontaneous Enterprise is looking for experienced, analytical, and customer-focused professionals to join our Shasvatm ERP Implementation Team. Shasvatm ERP is an integrated enterprise software solution for construction, infrastructure, and project-driven organizations, covering procurement, inventory, subcontracting, project costing, finance, billing, and operational workflows. The selected professional will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, implementing ERP modules, coordinating functional activities, training users, and ensuring successful ERP adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct customer requirement-gathering sessions and analyze existing business processes across procurement, inventory, finance, accounting, billing, and project operations.
2. Perform gap analysis, document functional requirements, and recommend suitable ERP workflows and configurations.
3. Configure and implement Shasvatm ERP modules in accordance with approved business requirements and implementation plans.
4. Coordinate master data preparation, validation, migration, and opening balance verification.
5. Execute functional testing, validate end-to-end business transactions, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
6. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flows, SOPs, and implementation documentation.
7. Conduct customer training sessions and guide departmental users through ERP processes and transactions.
8. Coordinate with development teams to resolve functional issues, validate enhancements, and manage change requests.
9. Monitor implementation milestones, identify delays and dependencies, and communicate progress to internal and customer stakeholders.
10. Support ERP go-live activities, troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure post-implementation stabilization.
11. Analyze customer feedback, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive ERP adoption.
12. Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure timely resolution of implementation-related issues.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, ERPNext, Tally, or similar enterprise applications.
2. Knowledge of GST, TDS, financial accounting, and related business transactions.
3. Exposure to construction, infrastructure, EPC, or project-driven businesses.
4. Experience in ERP data migration, workflow configuration, UAT, and go-live support.
5. Understanding of project costing, procurement, inventory, or subcontract management.

C. Candidate requirements:

1. 1–5 years of professional experience in ERP implementation, functional consulting, business process analysis, or enterprise application implementation/support.

2. Practical understanding of purchase-to-pay, inventory management, accounting, billing, or project operations.

3. Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system configurations.

4. Ability to conduct client meetings, end-user training, functional testing, and implementation activities.

5. Strong proficiency in Excel, process documentation, and reporting.

6. Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

7. Ability to manage assigned implementation deliverables with minimal supervision.

8. Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
