We are looking for a Business Analyst Level II with 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within HCM, HRIS, Talent Management, or Performance Management . The candidate should be experienced in Agile delivery, requirements management, testing, stakeholder engagement, and HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements .
Create Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria .
Conduct gap analysis and document current-state and future-state processes.
Create process flows, business process models, and prototypes .
Collaborate with HR, business, technology, and product stakeholders.
Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives .
Support system testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution .
Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items .
Support implementation and change initiatives across HR/HCM platforms .
Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly delivered.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
5+ years of Business Analysis experience
Strong HCM / HRIS experience
Experience in Talent Management and/or Performance Management

Gap Analysis & Process Modeling
