Responsibilities
Assist with gathering, organizing, and documenting business and operational requirements.
Support analysis of workflows, reports, and process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Prepare clear summaries, presentations, process notes, and status updates for internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track action items and support timely project delivery.
Help maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Open to final-year students and recent graduates who are interested in business analysis and IT-enabled services.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Comfort with spreadsheets, presentations, and learning new business tools or systems.
Ability to work full-time from the Perambur, Chennai office for the six-month internship.
