Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Business Analyst II to provide functional and technical support for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne across supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and warehouse distribution. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize supply processes, improve data accuracy, and drive automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own JDE E1 functional domains for MRP, DRP, supply planning, and demand/supply balancing
  • Support procurement execution, purchase order management, and supplier integration workflows
  • Manage inventory master data governance, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Partner with warehouse and distribution teams to optimize inbound and outbound operations
  • Define and monitor integrations between JDE E1, 3PL systems, WMS, and external platforms

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on JDE E1 experience
  • Expertise in supply planning, MRP/DRP, and demand forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, purchasing, and inventory management processes
  • Experience with warehouse operations, 3PL integrations, and EDI platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze root causes and drive process improvements
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
