Managed Services Consultant L2/L3 Brennan is looking for a Managed Services Consultant L2/L3 to take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure https://jobeax.com/link/ijNA5ndqLe6VXQlU Responsibilities :- Maintaining/contributing to KMS for client and internal team.- Server monitoring using SCOM, N-ABLE, Logic Monitor, and Intune/SCCM configurations.- Vendor Management for hardware and software vendors.- Administration of Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.- Managing backups and replications for Veeam, Symantec, Zetro, and Commvault.- Migration of VMs from on-premise to cloud.- SSL certificate renewal and installation.- Managing ESXi/Hyper-V hosts, Nutanix, Dell, and HP SimpliVity.- Citrix/RDS/WVD knowledge with application publishing.- Antivirus Management (Sophos, Defender).Key Competencies :- Knowledge of VMware, Windows Hypervisors, Azure Administration, O365, Mimecast, and SQL Administration.- Experience in VM Deployment, VM Migration, and managing host clusters.- ITIL Service Management Foundation accreditation.- Strong troubleshooting skills and independent time management.
