Job Description :- 6+ years of experience in Blue Yonder Planning / Planning Integration- Hands-on experience with integration interfaces and data flows- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience- Knowledge of APIs, web services, XML/JSON and data mappings- Good SQL knowledge for data validation and issue analysis- Exposure to ERP and supply chain system integrations- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Willingness to work in a night shift / global support environmentPreferred Experience :- Blue Yonder Luminate Planning- Demand / Supply Planning- Blue Yonder integration frameworks- SAP or other ERP integrations- Middleware and cloud-based integrations- ITIL-based production support (ref:hirist.tech)
