Process: Blended Process (Voice + Non-Voice)
Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Rotational Week Off
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels as per process requirements.
2. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
3. Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
4. Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
5. Maintain customer satisfaction while meeting productivity targets.

Who can apply

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

Other requirements

1. Good English communication skills.

5. Customer support or BPO experience is an advantage.
