The organization works with investors, developers, and corporate clients, providing expertise in project finance, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, project development, power procurement, and strategic advisory services. The company is committed to accelerating sustainable growth and supporting the global transition toward clean energy solutions

Job Description
This role provides remote technical and administrative support to onshore (in USA) blade engineers. The analyst reviews inspection information, categorizes blade damage, maintains accurate records, and helps track inspections and repairs. Complex technical decisions, field verification, repair approval, and safety accountability remain with the onshore engineering team initially, but ideally this position will grow to take on increasing responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review blade inspection images, reports, and available operating information for completeness.
  • Identify and categorize visible blade damage using established damage categories and engineering guidance.
  • Enter and maintain blade inspection, damage, recommendation, and repair information in the designated tracking system.
  • Compare new findings with previous inspection and repair records and flag changes or inconsistencies.
  • Prepare damage summaries, repair lists, status trackers, and routine reports for onshore engineers.
  • Help prioritize review queues using established severity and risk criteria; escalate uncertain or complex findings.
  • Review repair documentation for completeness, including photographs, materials, dates, and closeout records.
  • Support remote oversight of blade repairs by organizing updates, tracking open items, and preparing questions for the responsible engineer or vendor.
  • Collect and organize technical records needed for engineering reviews, warranty discussions, and root cause investigations.
  • Identify recurring damage patterns and bring potential fleet-wide issues to the attention of the onshore blade engineer.
  • Participate in remote coordination meetings with engineers, site teams, and service providers as requested.
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, civil, materials, chemical, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Must have some previous job experience of 3+yrs preferably in Blade Engineering, if not, then in related discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of composite materials, wind turbine blades, structural damage, or inspection methods.
  • Ability to interpret photographs, inspection reports, drawings, and technical instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, consistent records.
  • Clear written and spoken English and ability to summarize technical findings concisely.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, document management tools, and standard office software.
  • Ability to work independently and escalate questions promptly.
Experience:
  • Coursework, internship, or work experience involving composites, wind turbine blades, aircraft structures, or inspection data.
  • Familiarity with blade damage identification and severity categorization.
  • Experience reviewing repair records or supporting repair planning and closeout.
  • Experience with image-based inspection platforms, databases, or maintenance management systems.
Scope and Decision Boundaries:

  • No site travel, climbing, physical inspection, or hands-on repair work is required.
  • The analyst does not independently approve repairs, return equipment to service, establish engineering limits, or make final risk decisions.
  • All unusual, high-severity, uncertain, or safety-related findings must be escalated to the designated onshore engineer.
  • Work is performed using approved procedures, templates, damage categories, and review criteria.
