Responsibilities
Analyze and report clinical trial data using SAS, R, or Python; create and validate SDTM and ADaM datasets
Design, build, and maintain programming solutions and tools that improve efficiency and quality across statistical programming teams
Automate repeatable programming tasks and establish standards for modular, reusable code
Collaborate with programming teams to identify process gaps, prototype scalable solutions, and integrate innovations across centers
Develop and deploy AI agents or copilots to optimize programming workflows; create documentation, training materials, and user guides
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related quantitative field
At least 4 years of statistical programming experience in clinical development environment
Proficiency with SAS and/or R or Python for clinical trial data analysis
Working knowledge of CDISC SDTM, ADaM, and Define standards
Familiarity with data quality and compliance check tools
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work effectively in globally dispersed team environments
